Sweet Potato OR yam Protein Shake
Ingredients:
-1-1.5 scoops vanilla protein powder
-1 small baked sweet potato OR YAM
-8 oz water
-Dash of pumpkin pie spice
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-Handful of ice cubes
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
