4 Nacho Cheese Rice Cakes

1/4 cup Fat Free Refried Black Beans

1/4 cup fat-free cheese

1/2 cup Salsa (Mild, Medium or Hot)

Directions:
Heat beans in the microwave until hot. Stir and spread on each rice cake. Top off with non fat cheese and salsa, enjoy!
