Berry Simple Coconut Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
3 Kale Leaves
1/4 cup frozen berries
1/2 cucumber
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Biotest Metabolic Drive)
1 oz unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup water
1 tsp Chia seeds
Blend and Nourish!!
