The Squat Challenge was my ignite to working out my lower body. I hated it. My form sucked. Nothing was building. Yet I wanted nice glutes and leg. I committed to myself that I would do the 100 a day for the 94 days. If I couldn’t do the form of the day, I would choose another. As Gina says, it is more important to “FOCUS ON MIND MUSCLE CONNECTION… less is more!” This was hard. That was year 1. By year 3, I was able to do all forms + weight. My mobility and muscle activation had finally arrived! Main Take Away: If you’re unable to activate the muscle, it’s impossible to actually work and build the muscle. Don’t just do the movement. Feel the movement. Body weight works like a damn! Can’t wait to see what this year brings

There are 96 squat variations I will be sharing. They include minimal equipment. A pair of dumbbells, exercise ball, booty band and bench or chair is ALL YOU NEED!
Mobility is a key part of the Summer Squat Challenge! You’ll find stretching routines in the challenge booklet, and you can follow along with guided mobility videos on my YouTube channel to stay loose, prevent injury, and maximize glute growth. You may even come out of this challenge more flexible than you started!
