Veggie Chicken Wrap

1 large Ezekiel tortilla
2 tbsp hummus
1/2 cup sliced avocado
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper (red or green)
1/4 cup red onion
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
4 oz chicken breast strips

-microwave tortilla on high for 30 seconds.
-spread hummus onto tortilla and place remaining ingredients in the center.
-Fold downthe top and bottom and roll in the sides.
