1/2 cup quinoa
1 1/2 c. stel-cut oats
1/2 c. rye flakes
1/2 c. brown rice or long grain wild rice
1/4 c. wheat germ
6 1/2 c. liquid (1/2 water 1/2 low-non fat milk or soy milk)
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 c. nuts of choice (almonds, dates, walnuts)
1/2 c. cranberries or rasins
1 1/2 tbsp vanilla
pinch of cinnamon
1/2 c. splenda (sugar substitute)

Place all ingredients in a 3 quart or bigger crock pot. Sir and combine all ingredients. Cover

Set on lowest cooking temperature and cook over night. (longest cooking time at lowest heat)

Spoon into bowles and serve first thing in the morning.
