1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 T white vinegar
1 T grated Parmesan
2 anchovy fillets
1 T lemon juice
1/2 T Worcestershire
1/2 T olive oil
water
Blend all but olive oil in blender until creamy. With the blender on, pour olive oil in top hole and continue to blend. Add water to desired consistency. Pour over romaine. This is pretty tangy so if you like things sweeter, you may want to add some stevia. Enjoy!
