1 large banana- moderately ripe
1/2 cup non fat cottage cheese
2 packets no calorie sweetener
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 c. dried blueberries
1/2 c. whole grain oats
1/4 slivered almonds
2-4 tbsp non fat cool whip
directions:
Slice banana in half, lengthwise. Place almonds, cinnamon, sweetener, dried blueberries and oats in dish.  Place non fat cottage cheese in separate dish.  Roll each half of the banana in the non fat cottage cheese and then gently roll in oat mixture until fully covered.  Place on dish and top off with Cool whip.  Repeat with other half and enjoy!!!
