Ingredients
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 small rosemary sprig, chopped or 1/4 teaspoon dried
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast
Cooking Instructions
1. Mix the oil, vinegar, garlic, rosemary, and pepper, and brush the marinade on the chicken breast.
Allow to Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
2. Preheat the grill.
3. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade. Grill the breast for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness.
