Heather’s pumpkin loaf

60 grams pure pumpkin, 20 grams of veggie protein, 3 egg whites, 4 oz of zucchini, butterscotch flavoring, 1 tablespoon flax meal, cinnamon.
beat very well , pour into a loaf tin , bake in oven for 45 mins -ish @ 375-400
