Holiday egg nog

EGGNOG SHAKE
1/3 cup vanilla Protein powder
3/4 cup water
1/4 Egg Beaters (or pasteurized egg whites)
1/2 cup Almond Milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 c. ice
Blend all ingredients for a delicious holiday healthy eggnog shake!
