3-5 egg whites
1/2-1 scoop banana-flavored whey protein powder
2-3 oz yam
1/4-1-3 cup oatmeal
splenda & cinnamon to taste
Combine all ingredients to make a nice thick batter. Spray pan with non stick spray.  Pour batter onto skillet and cook on each side until fully cooked.  Makes 2-3 pancakes.
