non fat dijon dressing

1 cup non fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp no calorie syrup OR 2 packets no calorie sweetener
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
pepper to taste
combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well.  Refrigerate and after 30 minutes dressing has thickened and is ready to be served!
