Oatmeal nut butter smoothie

Ingredients:
1 scoop protein powder
1/3 cup oatmeal
2/3 cup water
1 Tbsp. natural almond butter (or peanut butter)
1/2 banana
2 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
1 Tbsp. flax seeds
¾ cup ice cubes

Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
