2 mile run
Circuit:
-10 Single press superset with overhead tricep extension
-10 tricep kickbacks
-10 off the bench tricep dips with legs crossed in a figure four
-10 step ups with kick back
-seated dumbbell overhead extension
-10 single side lateral superset with tricep extension
Rest 3 minutes repeat 2X
