-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
-3-4 oz yam (you can either put in cooked and cut in half or grade-raw- and put in graded pieces raw…)
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
-2 egg whites
(optional–stevia or splenda to taste)
blend well and place in muffin pan, sprayed with pam.
Bake on 375 until golden brown on top and tooth pick comes out clean, when poke through… Delicious!!!
