Good Morning and Merry Christmas Eve! Hope everyone is doing well and staying calm with the last day of holiday hustle and bustle! I am off to get in a morning walk with Bruno and Michael, train a client and then home to cook all day long! It is a day of holiday celebration, cooking, holiday music, laughing and games. We have a ton of cooking to do so wish us luck!
Yesterday I was super busy with typical work and running errands. I was able to cook and prepare the Octopus (check out the video:) That is one thing less to cook today!
