Good Morning Everyone!! I am plugging along getting things done … The weekend away takes some time to get caught back up but here is where I have to practice priorities… E-mails from competitors wanting feedback take the back seat to my clients and website!  Balance and prioritizing is KEY!! It is easy to work work work because there is always something that can be done but I always have to check myself and say, OKAY, what needs to be done and what can wait…. Today’s check list contains my clients and YOU.  I am headed to the gym in a few minutes to get in my workout along with seeing Brianne for a workout and she is bringing one of her girls who needs some guidance for her Bikini presentation.  From there I will be back home to work online and will be following up on the forum posts.  I made the Crock Pot Oatmeal and yummy!! It is delicious.  Had it this a.m. for my breakfast and it is delicious. I have a big pot in the fridge, ready for the rest of the week and also for meals throughout the day.  It comes out real thick and almost like bread pudding, check out the photo below…


(may look like a pot of mush but hey, you have to try it and smell it!! Trust me)
I am off to do a circuit workout workout and about 20 minutes of cardio and will be back shortly to post more!
