2 mile run
Circuit:
20 Weighted squats with knee to chest
20 front raises (thumb up rotate palm down)
20 shoulder press (palm facing ears rotated to palms facing away from you as you press)
20 Weighted leg lifts with ball
20 Plate Straight Leg Dead lifts
Rest and repeat Circuit 2x
