-30 side to side toe touches, (side squats) with band
-15 squats
-10 (each side) leg extensions in downward dog
-10 crossover lateral raise (diagonal lateral raise)
-15 one arm rows off ball
Rest and repeat 2x
Dig Deep!
*26 weeks pregnant
