G-Fit Workout of the Day:
-10 good mornings
-10 straight leg dead lifts (1/2 way up)
-30 second plank hold (wide stance)
-10 downward dog leg lifts, 2 each side then switch sides
-15 hip thrusts off exercise ball
Rest and repeat 3x
Dig Deep!
*29 weeks pregnant
