Circuit:
-10 combo lunge with side lateral raise
-10 Seated alternating shoulder press
-10 combo squat with bicep curl
-10 combo squat with front raise
-30 second squat hold (horse pose)
Rest and repeat circuit 3x
Dig Deep!
