🎃 G-Fit Pumpkin Protein Pudding

Ingredients

-½ c 100% pure pumpkin puree
-½ scoop vanilla protein powder
-6 oz 0% greek yogurt (my fav is Chobani Vanilla)
-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
-1 tsp sugar-free maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener, if needed
-1 tbsp gelatin (optional but adds thickness and amazing gut, skin, nail benefits)

Optional: A scoop of greek yogurt topped with a few crushed walnuts or pumpkin seeds (better yet, my pumpkin almonds are bomb on this treat)

Instructions

1.Mix everything together in a bowl until smooth.
2. Chill 20-30 minutes.
3. Top with crunch if you’d like and enjoy on a fat day.

Macros (approx): 120 calories | 14g protein | 6g carbs | 9g fat (with added nuts/seeds on top)
