flaxseed oil salad dressing

3/4 c. flaxseed
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp maple syrup or no calorie syrup
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp oregano
mix all ingredients together in a bowl.  Pour into a dark bottle and store in refrigerator.  Should last 5-7 days.
