2 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups non fat, skim milk, or soy milk
(in replace of the milk, you can add 2 cups of water and 2 heaping scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup dried cranberries or blueberries
1 cup unpeeled grated apple
4 tbsp Maple syrup (Sugar Free Syrup may be used instead)

-Preheat oven to 400F. Coat Casserole dish or baking pan with cooking spray (PAM).

-Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

-Place in casserole dish and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
