balsamic vinegarette

3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
black pepper, to taste
2-3 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 c. lemon juice (1/2 1 fresh lemon)
1/4 cup water (more for thinner dressing,  less water for thicker)
2 packets stevia or 1/2 dropper liquid stevia
2 tbsp dijon mustard
mix together all ingredients in blender and add to salad.  Toss and serve!
