INGREDIENTS:
-1/2 cup bananas, mashed
-2 large egg whites
-1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
-1 tbsp stevia or 1/4 cup splenda
-3/4 cup oat flour
-1 scoop chocolate protein powder
-2 tbsp almond extract
-1 tsp almond or vanilla extract
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp cocoa powder
-3 tbsp walnuts (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Fill muffin tins or papers about halfway. Bake 350 degrees for 20 mins.
