Broccoli Salad

1 bunch broccoli chopped into bite-size florets
5 cups raisins (optional)
1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
5 cups non-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cups granulated splenda sugar
1 tbsp. cider vinegar

1. In a medium size bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
2. Add broccoli to mixture and stir well.
3. Add raisins and sunflower seeds, and mix well. 4. Serve cold.
