-50 Body Weight Squats
-15 Superset: Bicep Curl with Front Raise
-100x Jump Rope
-20 Push Ups
-1 Minute Plank Hold
-5 Plank Ups (on each side)
-10 Bottom Kick Ups (in Plank Position)
2 MINUTE REST
REPEAT 1 – 2X
