Every 4 weeks, re-evaluate your goals and see how well you progressed. Reprint out the commitment form and re commit yourself for your next series of mini goals. 4 weeks is a good marker because it is enough time to see results and not too much time where it seems overwhelming to reach your goals! 2010 is coming to an end and why not start tomorrow with setting up your mini goals and holding yourself accountable! Let’s round out the year with a bang and conger those goals, one mini goal at a time! Remember you need to KNOW what you want and have a game plan on how you are going to get there!
