-weighted squats with cable machine
-single standing arnold presses

Meal #1: 1/4 cup oatmeal, 3/4 cup wheat bran with 1/2 banana and 6 egg whites
Meal #2: grapefruit with Quest Bar
Meal #3: Big Salad with Omelet Sauté Over top (sautéed olives, roasted, bell peppers and egg whites) added to a bed of lettuce with cucumber, tomatoes and 1 tbsp olive oil and vinegar With 1 high fiber, low carb Baked tortilla

Meal #4: Watermelon with Quest Bar

Meal #5: Simple Summer Cucumber Salad with Chicken Wrap (low carb tortilla topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mustard)
