Gogi NO Carb Protein Muffins

No Carb Gogi Coconut Protein Muffins
INGREDIENTS:
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
-2 egg whites
-1/4 c. gogi berries
-1 tbsp coconut oil
-1 tsp baking soda
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and pour in muffin tin, sprayed with non stick spray, for 12-12 minutes until golden brown.
Enjoy!
