Hope everyone had a great day. I just am getting settled and about to call it a night. I got home around 6:30 to find the results of the Arnold. Congrats to Nicole Wilkins-Lee who looked unbelievable and simply stunning!!! What a great show and crazy to think it is over now it is reality, less than a week for the next event! I had a great day, starting out with an amazing cardio session– 10 minutes of treadmill high incline, fast walking then to 10 minutes of running and back to 5 minutes of fast walking and 5 minutes back to running. I stretched for 5 minutes and then sprinted 1/4 of a mile. From there I went to do a circuit workout, really squeezing with each rep and exercise. all with 5 lb weights just focusing on the burn, squeeze and concentric and eccentric movement with each rep! I love to do this every now and then, focusing on amazing form and just intense squeezing.
– dumbell bicep curls
-front raises
-single side laterals
-dumbbell double rows
-tricep extensions
-tricep off the bench dips
I then saw Molly for a training session and put her through a similar squeezing type workout! We worked on her posing and she is going to send me a picture for me to post as a teaser for you all! We had a blast.
Today I got most of my errands done and things are starting to hit. I am not sure if I mentioned this to you but Michael’s dad is a musician and I am having him play and sing the song as my dad and I walk down the aisle and then he has written us a song for when Michael and I walk off, married. Michael does not know I have set this up and it is going to be quite a surprise. 🙂 I am really excited. I played the song he will sing when my dad and I walk down and it is the first time I got emotional. Oh my gosh… I think I am going to just ball. I do when I have been to other peoples weddings and now it is hitting me… Wow… here is the song, enjoy!

I went back to the gym later for my final client and have been working online since.
I am off to eat my last meal, wash my face and get to bed.
Today’s meals:
1–oats, shake
2–white fish and 2 rice cakes
3–1/2 c. brown rice, veggies and tilapia
4– pro dessert, 1/4 c. oatmeal
5– 4 oz tilapia 15 almonds, green beans 🙂
6–same as meal 5
7– off to make a 5 egg white omelet before bed
