Good Morning everyone. Up bright and early and roaring to go. Feeling better, still have to take it some what easy but better and that is exactly what I wanted! Breakfast is down the tubes and I have the energy to get to the gym and have a great day. Yesterday the energy was lacking but today I can feel it coming back! That is how you know you are sick when every step feels like you are 300+lbs… not a great feeling. Thank you all for all your e-mails, comments and remedies to help me get better in no time. We have our guests here and I will be posting a few photos here and there to share. We are doing our usual routine… walk Bruno, head to the gym then my clients etc and they want to join int he walk and workout so we have to get out of the house early so they can get the routine down… They didn’t know they were in for a 7 a.m. wake up call and workout to jump start their day… Funny, when their friends asked what they were doing in SD they said.. “what are you guys going to do in SD…. workout” lol, too funny, people think that is all we do. When they go home to realize yes we worked out but didn’t spend endless hours in the gym. People don’t understand that you get it in daily, less is more, make smart eating choices and you can accomplish your goals! I will keep you posted but I just think peoples perception of what it takes to get in shape is so skewed and the light needs to be shed.
Off to the gym. I will be on and off the site here and there so thanks for your patience and I get to the posts. Most reply’s will be early in the a.m., such as this a.m., getting to them fresh and early throughout the weekend.
