4 oz kelp noodles
1 sliced cucumber
4 stocks of celery, sliced
1 small tomato, sliced
1/4 c. diced mushrooms
1/2 small purple onion, sliced
1 head romaine lettuce
1/4 cup sprouts
4 oz chicken breast, cubed
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp fresh garlic
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Simply place all ingredients in salad bowl, toss and serve. enjoy! 🙂
