Hope everyone is having a wonderful day/evening! I am off on a dinner date with client/member/gf Traci… 🙂 We are headed to our favorite GA place, nothing less than PF Changs.. I will be checking in when I get back to let you know what GA dish I came up with now… Is it going to be the GA PF Changs Ginger Chicken Wraps or….???!!!
Had a busy day, boy was it busy! Feel accomplished though for getting everything checked off my TO DO LIST…
Awesome HIT Cardio/Circuit workout and awesome meals today…
workout:
20 minutes run 1/4 mile –sprinting, fast walk 1/4 mile…
Circuit:
push ups
single leg straight leg dead lifts with 10 lb dumbbell
tricep dips
tricep extensions
shoulder press
stretch
repeat 2x
Meals:
1- 1/2 c. oats and protein shake with 1 tbsp chia seed
2- Protein pancake with 2 egg whites, 1/3 c. oatmeal and 1 scoop protein
3- 4 egg white mushroom/onion omelet with 2 slices Julian’s Bakery Bread (as seen in video)
4- 4 oz tilapia, 2 rice cakes with 1 tbsp almond butter
5- 1 scoop protein shake with 100 calorie pack cocoa almonds
6- PF Changs, to be determined…
