Bodyweight Workout of the Day
10 Decline push ups
10 Incline push ups
10 stationary lunges (each side)
50 mountain climbers
10 Tricep dips with 1 foot elevated
10 Step-ups with kick @ top (each side)
Repeat 3x
3 minute stretch/cool down
