This morning I would like to share some powerful words and a powerful lesson from Vernice Armour, a former Captain in the United States Marine Corps, the first African-American female naval aviator in the Marine Corps and America’s first African American female combat pilot in the United States military.
Create a flight plan, “road map
“How do you go from where you are to where you want to be? The thing that holds us back the most is if we don’t know how, we act like we can’t get there. Pick your What and the resources will show up!”
What if you don’t know what you want to be, as she says… “that is when you Explore!”
This month I would like us all to “explore” this question and truly try to discover what it is you want? Create your road map or as Vernice Armour says, “flight plan” and from there you will obtain all the resources that you need to stay on track with your plan. First, you must explore and discover what it is YOU want!!!
