Pine Nut Vinaigrette

by Your Host, Gina | Recipes

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon finely chopped shallots
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup pine nuts
freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed to combine.
2. Add pepper to taste.
Pour over salad for a delicious nutty flavor~!!
