Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of natural almond butter
2 scoops protein powder (flavor of your choice)
2 egg whites
1/2 c. agave syrup
1 cup of quinoa, cooked
3/4 c. oatmeal
3/4 cup of sliced almonds
2 tablespoon ground flax meal
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Toast almonds, oats and cooked quinoa in saute pan until golden brown.
Mix almond butter and agave syrup together in a small bowl. In a separate larger bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Line a  baking dish with wax paper and spread mixture evenly over the paper.
Bake around 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown. Baking time may vary.
Allow to cool before removing from the baking dish. Carefully cut into bars, once cooled and enjoy!!
