Hope everyone is doing fantastic. The weather is amazing here, they were right, in the high 70’s, low 80’s. Busy day and now in my room for about an hour before heading back. Great competition and looks like my clients are in sitting in the top 2, with great call outs! I am so proud of each and everyone of them!! Great work girlies! You were the best YOU and presented yourself beautifully! So lesson to be learned…. Packed all my food and was so excited that I had enough veggies to last me through tomorrow. That is usually the problem, plenty of other food but veggies never last. So this time, I made it a point to bring an entire Bag of Organic Green Beans from Costco. I put them in a Huge Tupperware, microwaved them yesterday before I left, put the lid on it and took them to go. I was so excited, finally I knew I had enough to last…Got to the room, opened the HUGE Tupperware of my green beans and weird… they are all slimy and just don’t taste right?? For me to say that means they are pretty bad. I am afraid to eat them, literally, so there goes my “well planned out”, so I thought, veggies. See, you think you are prepared and things can always come up. Have to grab something on the go… Flexible, seems to be a common word these days! Where there is a hungry girl needing her veggies, there is a way… 😉
So busy day but successful one, indeed. Heading back in an hour for the finals.
I have forgotten to mention, I ended up getting the job for MTV’s MADE.. BUT before you get too excited, I had to turn it down. They were going to require me to leave for 7 weeks, starting next week, and with very very limited pay so after looking at the big picture and being realistic, it just wasn’t going to work! I know sounds kind of crazy but if you knew more of the hard facts and details, you would have agreed… Trust me on that one!! Seemed like a great opportunity, for sure, and definitely very rewarding but when looking at ALL the details of the 7 week commitment, things just weren’t going to work. Opportunities come but you have to be realistic and look at absolutely everything that will be affected, in all areas of your life, decide on what you want, weigh out pro’s and con’s and go with your heart. That is exactly what I did and the conclusion I came up with was that it was not for me, at this time…
Just wanted to keep you posted and fill you in!!
Hope everyone is enjoying their memorial day weekend, wherever you may be! Off to rest for a few and head back.
Tomorrow is an off day for me so until Monday everyone! ENJOY, LIVE, LAUGH, MAKE HEALTHY DECISIONS, SMILE PRETTY AND BE YOU!!
