PLACE TILAPIA ON COOKING SHEET, SPRAT LIGHT COAT OF PAM OVER TILAPIA. SPRINKLE CUMIN AND FRESH GROUND CINNAMON AND BROIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
