• 1  pound green beans, trimmed
  • 1 pound yellow beans, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoon oil, olive, extra virgin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounce wild mushrooms, trimmed and sliced
  • 1/2 sweet onion, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • pepper, black ground, to taste

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add green beans and wax beans and cook until tender-crisp, about 4 minutes. Drain well.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, for about 1 minute.
3. Stir in mushrooms and onions and cook, stirring, about 5 minutes. Season garlic salt and pepper.
4. Add the cooked beans to the mushrooms mix in the pan and cook, stirring until completely mixed, serve and enjoy!
