Ingredients:
1/4 cup Dried Shallots
3 Bay leaves
1 Tbsp. Garlic
2 Tbsp. Smoked Paprika
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. chopped walnuts (optional)
pepper to taste

Preparation:
In a sauté pan over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the shallots and bay leaves and sauté for 1 minute. Mix garlic with a little bit of water and then add the garlic to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds. Add the smoked paprika and sauté another 30 seconds. Add the pepper and remove from heat. Add the vinegar and walnuts, if using. Let cool to room temperature before using. Refrigerate any left over dressing. ENJOY! 🙂
