Okay ladies, I am going a mile a minute and honestly this part is so much harder than the planning has been… what to bring, who to touch base with before i take off, paying bills, taking care of household things, getting my cat and dog taken care of, and then not to mention bringing everything I will need for the wedding… AHHHH the to do list continues! With that being said, I am coming close to signing off until I get back! I want to let you all know that I will miss you while I am away and will be gone through March 17th and then when I return doing the best I can to get caught up real quick…. We have the San Diego Show that weekend March 20th and after that, things will start to settle down and continue on as usual with many more updates and things planned. I will start the Train a body part with an exercise you all chose too! We got 10 votes and it is a deal! I will be working on some new projects too once my plate has cleared a bit and I can think clearly!
Today I posted my workout, it was a great one! Short and sweet with sweat dropping down my face! Perfect, get in and get out with intensity! My meals have been steady, I am always good with my meals, regardless of how busy I get…
meal 1: YOU Guess this one, YOU GOT IT, OATS AND A PROTEIN SHAKE! 🙂
meal 2: APPLE PROTEIN MUFFINS (APPLE, 1/2 C. OATS, 3 EGG WHITES)
meal 3: 5 OZ TILAPIA, BIG SALAD WITH 1/2 C. BROWN RICE
meal 4: 1 SCOOP PROTEIN SHAKE WITH 2 RICE CAKES AND 1 TBSP NATURAL ALMOND BUTTER
meal 5: 4 OZ TILAPIA WITH VEGGIES
meal 6: 7 EGG WHITES OVER A BIG SALAD WITH 15 SLIVERED ALMONDS AND BALSAMIC VINEGAR WITH LIME 🙂
meal 7: sauteing celery with onions and going to add 1 tbsp EVOO and 5 egg whites and call it a night
