SO we all hear the scoop on how sweeteners increase our hunger and actually make us crave more sugar and therefore halting our progress. I am sure you have head the controversy on this issue. There was a study recently published in the Journal Appetite that indicated that low-cal sweeteners don’t increase our hunger levels or cause us to eat more, interesting! People that were given either real sugar, natural sugar substitutes, or artificial sugar were said to report the same amount of hunger regardless if they consumed real sugar or substitutes but the ones that took in the no calorie, obviously took in less calories. Is this study true and and did science come up with the information to truly back this up? I will be reading more on this topic and study today and let you know what the finding are. This is such a hot topic we all question and so many people debate on… What is the truth and what are the findings?
