Hope everyone had a great day! Not sure what is up with this weather here! I thought “the dogs were suppose to be coming out”!! Not so much! It is cold dreary and bring on the june gloom!! Anyways not letting it get to me! Nothing a little sunshine from inside can’t fix! Had a great shoulder workout and 2 outside fast walks. Have been having more fats today with oats, protein and flax for meal 1, quest bar and almonds for meal 2, big salad with evoo and fish for meal 3, rice cakes & almond butter with a shake for meal 4, a veggie omelet for meal 5 and meal 6 is to be a big ol GA salad with sea bass and sesame oil and either a shake or low carb protein pancake before bed. You can see how I had quite a bit more fats. Feeling like my body needs fats! My skin is dry and nails are starting to break!! ahhh looks like in need of essential fats!

Be sure to be practicing your rolling, stretching, and maintenance plan for long term overall health! We are the ones that need to be religious about our maintenance program, with the intensity of our workouts, cardio and mental stimulation…
If you don’t have a roller or ball, I highly suggest you pick one up and start to incorporate it into your daily routine!
