Fiber, healthy monounsaturated fats, protein— aka almonds!
They are not only a great snack but such a great source of fiber, which actually prevents some of the calories from fat to be absorbed because the fiber binds with a portion of the fat so that it doesn’t come into contact with the intestinal wall and get flushed out of the body! Wow, imagine that! What a great snack!! Not only that but they make you feel satisfied and fuller longer so you are not ravenous between meals!! You may think it is nuts but almonds are the perfect snack. You can take them with you everywhere, they don’t smell, they are super delicious and extremely versatile. Not only are they convenient and so good for you but they will help you lose the fat you are trying to lose!
