Ingredients:
1 bag of broccoli slaw
1 whole sweet onion, chopped
1 stock celery, chopped
10 white mushrooms, chopped
1 16oz 99% lean ground turkey
2 cups bean sprouts
Cabbage leaves for wrapping
garlic
no salt seasoning
ginger
3 packets no calorie sweetener
pepper
1 1/2 whole limes
1 bundle asparagus–side dish
BROWN RICE–OPTIONAL
Directions:
Broil asparagus in baking pan, sprayed with pam. Allow to broil as you prepare saute. Saute all ingredients and seasonings except turkey lime and cabbage cups. Once all is well cooked, squeeze lime and place in big bowl, set aside. Spray cooking pan with pam and cook turkey until fully cooked. Add the same seasonings (pepper, garlic, no salt seasoning, ginger, 1/2 lime) and add to broccoli slaw mix. Place mix on serving plate with your side of cabbage leaves with broiled asparagus, on the side. Add turkey broccoli slaw mix to each cabbage leave, wrap and enjoy!
If you are eating carbs in this meal, add brown rice to the turkey mix!
