10 dumbbell or kettlebell swings (swing left, center, right = 1 rep)
10 step-ups off bench or box
10 knee to opposite shoulder
10 knee to shoulder, same side
10 off the bench ab crunches
10 decline push-ups or pushup variation of your choice
